2024 UWA Associates Registrations are not on this page. Please go to the UWA Soaks Tab for the correct registrations.

Please note: If you didn't play for UWAHC last year, when you register as a returning member, the system will ask you to submit a transfer request. Once submitted and approved by both clubs and HWA, you will receive an email from Hockey Western Australia with a link to complete the registration process - check your junk mail! Some members who moved to UWAHC last year will also need to go through this process as their primary organisation wasn't automatically updated. Please don't try registering again after submitting a transfer request, unless you are using the link in the email from Hockey Western Australia, as, if the transfer is approved, it may get you to submit another transfer request.

Senior Division Registration

2024 Senior Division registrations are closed for new players. Players that have already been in contact with the mens/womens captains can still complete the registration.

New players to the club must contact the mens/womens captains prior to registering to ensure there are sufficient spaces available.

For those who played hockey in 2023

Click "Returning Member" green box at the bottom of this page.
Select the appropriate registration type from the drop-down box.
You only require the player date of birth and last name. The optional National ID is on last year’s registration email receipt.

Goalkeepers

If you are a goalkeeper please select the relevant goalkeeper payment class at registation which will automatically apply a 50% discount on full senior fees if you have your own gear.

Players Coaching a UWA Junior or Senior Team

If you are a player who is coaching a team please contact Sam Jamieson membership@uwahockey.org.au for your discount code.

FIFO Players

If you are a FIFO worker who will play 6 games or less please contact Sam Jamieson membership@uwahockey.org.au prior to registering.

For those who did not play hockey in 2023

Click "New Member" green box at the bottom of this page.
Select the appropriate registration type from the drop-down box.
You will receive a National ID number on confirmation of registration. Please keep this somewhere safe of next year's renewal.

For all senior players

Please read the 2024 UWAHC Terms and Conditions and the 2024 UWAHC Senior Player Code of Conduct, just below the Returning Members button. You will be asked to agree to these as part of the registration process and by checking the box you will be confirming that you have read and agreed to these.
For senior players 19 and over there is a Hockey Australia Levy of $57.31 and for those 18 and under it is $45.31.
Please note that transaction and administration fees will be charged at checkout which go directly to the registration platform and online payment providors (currently 2% + $1.60 per transaction). All payments must be made via credit card.

2024 Junior Fees

2024 fees for UWA Hockey Club junior players are broken into two components:

A Registration Fee – payable upon registration and value is dependant on age group.
A Team Player Fee – (paid in May) J5-12 players and covers turf venue charges, coaches’ allowance for senior players coaching a junior team or coaching goalkeepers, junior umpiring payments and end-of-season gifts. This fee will vary between grades and teams and for this reason will be collected after teams are formed. Team fees are invoiced through Revolutionise.

There are discounts available for the following:

Goalkeeper with own gear (50% off)
3rd Child in the family (50% off youngest child fees)
KidSport vouchers (please email the voucher amount)

Registration Process

You are a returning player if you have played hockey for any club (not just UWAHC) in Australia in 2023 i.e. you paid the Hockey Australia registration fee. This way you keep your National ID number and avoid having duplication.

For returning players:

Click "Returning Member" green box at the bottom of this page.
Select the age group you are registering for from the drop-down box
You only require the player date of birth and last name. The optional National ID is on last year’s registration email receipt if you have any difficulties.
At registration, you can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas in the “additional emails” field.

For new players:

Click "New Member" green box at the bottom of this page.
Select the age group you are registering for from the drop-down box
You will receive a “national ID number” on confirmation of registration. Please keep this somewhere safe for next year’s renewal.
