The 2017 preseason season is about to begin, please find all information you will need below regarding fitness, training, trials and scratch matches. Please note this schedule refers to the preseason for the women's 3s to 9s, the 1s and 2s preseason is invite only. Registrations for the 2017 senior season are now open. Please note there is a new requirement from HWA this year that means you will need to ensure that in addition to your subscription, you also select the "SENIOR PLAYER - 2017 Hockey WA Club Registration" box.

If you are an experienced hockey player or new to the game we can find a space for you at our club. Send an email to Sarah at the email above with a brief background on your experience level. Then come along to any of our preseason fitness or training sessions - all welcome. New players must attend the trials on the 11th and 12th of March, further to this you may be invited to trial with the higher grades at a later date. 


Preseason training is open to all players grades 3s to 9s. It is not graded and is a welcoming environment for new players. The main aim is to get your skills up a bit before trials begin. See the preseason schedule for dates and times.


Trials are compulsory FOR ALL PLAYERS, you must trial to be placed on a team. The trials for the 2017 season are as follows:

Saturday 11th March: 9am to 11am | New Players to the club and 2016 year 12s
Sunday 12th March: 8am to 11am | As above and including 2016 7s to 10s players
Sunday 19th March: 8am - 9am | Invited players and 2016 5s and 6s players
Sunday 19th March: 9am - 11am | Invited players and 2016 3s and 4s

All trials are held at our club rooms on McGillvray Road in Mt Claremont (across from HBF Stadium). Please only attend your specified trial. If you can't attend your given trial email Sarah ASAP.
