Registration Process
You are a returning player if you have played hockey for any club (not just UWAHC) in Australia in 2024 i.e. you paid the Hockey Australia registration fee. This way you keep your National ID number and avoid having duplication.
For returning players:
- Click "Returning Member" blue box at the bottom of this page.
- Select the age group you are registering for from the drop-down box
- You only require the player date of birth and last name. The optional National ID is on last year’s registration email receipt if you have any difficulties.
- At registration, you can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas in the “additional emails” field.
For new players:
- Click "New Member" blue box at the bottom of this page.
- Select the age group you are registering for from the drop-down box
- You will receive a “national ID number” on confirmation of registration. Please keep this somewhere safe for next year’s renewal.
Please contact the registrar if you have any queries jreg@uwahockey.org.au.
Transfers
If you didn't play for UWAHC last year, when you register as a returning member, please start the registration from our website as per normal. The system will ask you to submit a transfer request which will automatically notify both clubs and Hockey Western Australia.
- Once the transfer is submitted and approved by both clubs and HWA (this may take a week), you will receive an email from Hockey Western Australia with a link to complete the registration process - check your junk mail!
- Please don't try registering directly from our website again after submitting a transfer request as this will generate a new transfer request.
- Transfer registrations should only be completed via the link in the email from Hockey Western Australia.
- Some members who moved to UWAHC last year may need to go through this transfer process as their primary organisation wasn't automatically updated.
